Who we are

Studio Concorde is a studio in Montréal, Québec, that builds AI assistants and automations for companies. The person in charge of the protection of personal information is the head of Studio Concorde. You can reach them at bonjourhi@studioconcorde.com.

What we collect

When you send the form on the home page, we receive your name, your company (if you give it), your email address and your message. We use no analytics and no advertising trackers. The site sets one cookie, named lang, only when you pick a language, so the home page opens in that language next time.

Why we use it

We use these details only to answer your request and to plan the call. We do not sell them and we do not use them for marketing.

Who processes it for us

Vercel hosts the site and checks that the form is not sent by a bot. Resend delivers your request to our inbox. These services can process data outside Québec, mostly in the United States. Before we send personal information outside Québec, we assess the protection it will receive.

How long we keep it

We keep your request as long as we need it to answer you and follow up, and at most 24 months. Then we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to bonjourhi@studioconcorde.com. We answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
